Okay, they really don’t go that fast. But for most people, leg muscles are a lot stronger than arms.  You can keep up a fair pace on a ProAngler, and it is as stable as you can get.  The only time I was likely to end up in the drink was standing while casting, and that is just my sense of balance.  It has negotiated white caps on Bde Maka Ska without a flinch, although if you do that you might want to secure the front hatch, which is loose in this video.
